The DeRosa Group provided architectural services for the renovation of 184 Thompson Street, a seven-story 85,000 SF residential building with 9,500 SF of retail space located in the heart of Greenwich Village. Among the improvements is a new high-end lobby for the condominium portion of the building, as well as a renovated retail area which will be home to a new branch of North Fork Bank.
