Pent House @ 1 State Street

As part of an on-going collaboration with One State Street, The DeRosa Group was commissioned to design a new rooftop addition at the top of the existing office tower. A balance of porcelain and aluminum metal panels around the exterior serve as a crown for the midcentury building. In an effort to encourage collaboration, the Penthouse serves as a flexible space for employees to work or relax with both open office space and private terraces. The design of the Penthouse maximizes the building’s location at the tip of Lower Manhattan with tall glass windows offering expansive views of New York Harbor and One World Trade Center.
